Nicole has loved serving the Icon Team the last nine years as the Operations Manager. She holds a master’s in business administration and has been working in the real estate arena for the past twenty years. She manages team’s growth through recruiting, training, and monitoring financials. Nicole’s passion of serving others enhances her ability to connect with clients. Aside from working with one of the top real estate companies around, she is the mom to busy twin boys, Caden and Jaxson.
